We believe that when someone places their trust in Jesus, acknowledging their need for a Saviour and for the forgiveness of sins, that baptism is the next step of faith. In the book of Acts in the Bible, it speaks of baptism being a moment when acknowledged sin and need for Jesus culminate in a humble obedience to be baptised in water. The old way is gone and a life trusting in Jesus, following Him wholeheartedly is declared.
