We are a contemporary multi-cultural, multi-generational Church. Our goal is to be a church where you feel at home, connected and where you will grow in your faith journey.

Our services are open to all and held across two beautiful locations in Everton Park, Samford and Sandgate. All locations are family friendly with dedicated child spaces, while our Everton Park location features an air conditioned auditorium, a parents room and a cafe – you’ll feel right at home at Nexus.

New to faith?

Alpha is a 7 week course for anyone wanting to unpack the basics of the Christian faith.

So if you are new to faith, or simply have questions, it’s a great opportunity to explore the questions of life in a small group setting and get to know other people who are exploring their questions about life, faith and God in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

Alpha is held in-person at 7pm on Thursday Nights (with one Saturday event) at our Everton Park and Sandgate locations. Find out more.

New To Nexus Dinner

We’d love to invite you to our New to Nexus dinner where you’ll get a chance to meet other new members as well as our leadership team. You’ll hear from our Senior Pastor Nathan and Bec as they unpack the history of Nexus, and our core values. Click here to register.

For those with children from grade 3 to 12, our junior and high school youth programs will be running onsite from 6.30 to 8.15pm, free for your kids to attend.

First time at Nexus?

We realise sometimes going to a new place is intimidating. Below is a mini-FAQ to answer some of the questions you may have. We’d love to see you at Nexus, and would invite you to take the step and come along to what we pray will be a special and meaningful journey together.

Do I need to register?

Our services are open to all – there’s no need to pre-book, just turn up a little before the service starts.

Do I need to arrive early?

We suggest arriving 15 minutes early as our services are often popular, plus this gives you time to grab a coffee before the service starts.

What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code – you’re welcome to wear whatever is comfortable for you.

What should I expect?

You can expect friendly faces, well equipped facilities with comfortable seating, modern music and an engaging service. Our services generally run for just over 1 hour.

Is there parking?

All sites have ample parking. For our Everton Park campus, we have dedicated visitor parking in Carpark 3. There is also wheelchair accessible parking on site at all locations.

What about kids?

We’re a family-friendly Church. For our Everton Park location, a fenced playground is available for children before and after the service, plus parents room facilities inside the auditorium space.

We run engaging kids and youth programs during our normal Sunday services and believe in empowering our children to grow up to be strong, faith filled men and women of God and it starts at Nexus Roar! and Youth!

Roar! is our fun, engaging and faith focussed Junior Youth program for Grades 3 to 6 children. Held fortnightly, 6.30pm to 8.00pm at our Everton Park location, during school terms. Find out more.

Nexus Youth is a faith-based, and action-packed program for high schoolers. Youth gathers on-site every Friday night from 6.30pm during the school term and on Sundays for Youth Church. Follow our Instagram for regular updates from week to week, or check out the webpage.
